Mark is a commercial real estate broker widely known across the Union County area as a staple in the community. Mark’s extensive experience and well-developed network allow him to understand his real estate client’s specific needs. He is the man with the market knowledge, transaction expertise, and a lifetime of contacts suited to meet any needs in the commercial real estate market, especially in the Monroe and Union County area.
As a seasoned commercial real estate broker, Mark averages over 50 transactions annually and has exceeded over $100M worth of deals over the past 13 years of owning MW Commercial Realty. He has been recognized by the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Directors (CRCBR) through the Deal Maker’s Award/Circle of Excellence every year since 2015.

Emily joined MW Commercial Realty in February of 2022. She is a dedicated commercial real estate professional with a passion for helping businesses and investors navigate the dynamic world of commercial properties. With over five years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from UNC Charlotte (Class of 2022), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction.
Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Emily understands the local commercial real estate landscape and has built an extensive network in the community. Her goal is to provide personalized, client-focused service whether you are a landlord, tenant, or investor looking for lucrative opportunities in commercial realty.
Emily is actively involved in the commercial real estate community. She is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), where she is a part of the Leadership Class of 2023 and serves on the Young Professionals Committee. Emily is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
